François de la Caffinière

François de la Caffinière is a real estate entrepreneur with a dedication to innovative models of living environments. He began his career in communication before transitioning to property intermediation, where he gained substantial experience in the residential market. In 2012, François founded Valéan, a property brokerage and development firm in Luxembourg.

François has worked on numerous projects, including planning and constructing new residential developments, conceiving and managing furnished flats, and developing co-living spaces. With a sharp eye for attractive design and architecture, François is committed to creating thriving communities that foster a strong sense of belonging among residents.

Communication

Reza Kianpour

Born in Tehran in 1983, Reza Kianpour is a Luxembourgish artist and designer. From 2003 to 2009, he studied visual arts at École de Recherche Graphique in Brussels, Belgium, and product design at Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts. He started his career as an independent designer in 2010 and founded his design and communication agency Kianpour and Partners in 2015.

Reza balances his time between his graphic studio and a variety of diverse personal projects in the realm of contemporary art.​​​​​​​ He has worked on multiple projects, including the branding of the Luxembourg Pavilion at the Venice Biennale and a cultural project for Expo Dubaï 2020. In 2022, Reza was be part of OPENART in Sweden, Scandinavia's most prominent public art biennale.

Real Estate Development

Jean-François Muller

Jean-François Muller is an independent director with a solid background in management and real estate development. He graduated from ESCP Europe Business School in 2001 and began his career in quality management at BMW before moving to Banque de Luxembourg, a private bank based in Luxembourg. There, he held the position of Head of Security and managed the bank's real estate portfolio while also obtaining certification as a corporate banker.

Since 2014, Jean-François has been focused on property development and intermediation, bringing his extensive experience in negotiation, land acquisition, and real estate project financing to his work as a director in multiple real estate development companies. He has demonstrated success in managing real estate portfolios and has contributed to the development of inventive projects, including the acclaimed "Factory Lisbon", a vibrant creative community hub, anchor of Hub Criativo Beato, the innovation district of Lisbon.

Dalibor Černý

Dalibor Cerny is an EU-based attorney and permaculturist with extensive legal experience. He holds a JUDr. and Ph.D in private international law from Charles University in Prague.

Dalibor's legal expertise spans a range of areas, including alternative, sustainable, and regenerative finance, web3, cryptocurrencies, fintech, private international law, banking, finance, capital markets, insurance, and reinsurance. He has worked at big law firms, including a Magic Circle firm, Deloitte, the European Investment Bank, and one of the world's largest insurers, AXA. Outside of his legal work, Dalibor is devoted to supporting public interests and engaging with permaculture eco-village projects in Tenerife, Portugal, and Czechia.

Pascal Wiscour-Conter

Pascal Wiscour-Conter started his professional journey in finance and eventually shifted his focus towards the promotion and launch of the Luxembourg maritime registry for luxury superyachts in 1992. He later developed an innovative "tangible asset management" platform in Silicon Valley, which was designed to manage these complex vessels.

With his subsequent experience in communication and business development with startups in California and New York, Pascal developed activities in corporate storytelling and business development. Since then, he has been committed to utilising his skill set to manage teams and foster the growth of businesses
