If a project attracts substantial interest, we advance to the next stage. This involves assembling a dedicated team of professionals, including developers, investors, and purpose-driven land partners.

Ground One strives to kickstart projects that comprise affordable options for homes. Exact prices will vary based on the project, but our approach of accessing cheaper land helps work with projects that keep costs affordable.

At Ground One, we see each project as a startup. Given their innovative nature, some projects might face challenges that could lead to delays or even the project never being developed. The length of administrative processes, among other factors, can also affect timelines considerably. Despite this, we aim to complete our first projects within the next 2-3 years. Please note that registering on the projects’ priority lists, even though it's free, does not guarantee that the project will come to fruition.
